The online ticket purchasing system uses cookies to transfer data.
If your browser does not allow to use this cookies you can't buy any ticket.
Fortunately the most preferred browsers (e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera) are allow cookies by default.
Some versions of Internet Explorer and Safari may block them.
If you want to use one of these browsers instead of the others you have to follow these steps to enable cookies. We will explain it using Internet Explorer.:
- On the header of the browser click tools > internet options
- Search for the Privacy tab than click on the advanced button
- In the appearing window tick "override automatic cookie handling"
- Block first- and third party cookies
- Tick always allow session cookies
- Than click OK and restart your browser to apply settings
If you use other browsers you can do this settings in a similar way.
On an iPhone
Above iOS version 14.5, in the settings, by clicking on a specific browser, the prevention of tracking must be turned off in the section of data protection and security.
